Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA

Nope thats not my cruise ship, looks more like the titanic! It is probably almost as old though..
This is my Cruise ship, The Monarch of the Seas. Beautiful ship and
alot of fun.

The first stop was in san Diego, it was a rainy, dreary overcast day

By the time we got back to the boat we were soaking wet, i didn't take too many photos unfortunately.
That evening i did take several photos of seagulls and in my room before
dinner i made this painting (acrylic), which i gave to
our Stateroom attendant 5"x7" Harbor Gull

Next Stop, Catalina Island, CA. My 3rd time there and one of my
favorite places. Again it was cold, wet and dreary.

We took the skyline (knuckle biting) tour to the Catalina Island Airport.

Finally the sun came out for a bit....

Back on the boat that evening I saw a show...

and then they had a chocolate buffet....

Then we headed for Mexico... where it was overcast and dreary again....

This guy was painting seashells and plates with oil paints and his fingers on
the street.
I traded a print of one of my paintings for the shell he was working on.

Then we went shopping but i didn't really buy anything much, a wooden turtle and some other kind of painted turtle.
I found this sign on the counter of one of the many Pharmacies in Mexico...

Then we went to a Mexican Folkloric Dance thingy and I took pictures of several dancers

The worlds largest flag is in Ensenada, Im not sure the size but i remember it weighs 500lbs

Then finally the only sunset we got to see because it was so overcast was in ensenada..

The people at Royal Caribbean were awesome, this is George, our Stateroom
Attendant
He is from the Bahamas

And Ed and Henry (both from Peru) our waiters, with some other waiters.. they were awesome.

And Cindy and Gary our table mates for dinner, they were fun!

And that was the cruise in a nutshell.. wet, cold but tons of fun... I would do it again in a heartbeat!
